Since it's Nascar's season opener, the Daytona 500 today, I have no commitments
other than be serve up the roast beef dinner later.
(UPDATE: What a finish to the race ... and what a future the kid, Trevor Bayne, has in front of him!)
As much as I enjoy the race, I wanted to spend my afternoon in my crafting studio. I was playing with my Copics again and made a huge boo-boo when I was almost finished the image. So, rather than throw it away, I decided to cut the image out and mount it that way.
The bling flourish was made using my new Bejeweller and some Hotfix stones.
Some stickles were added to the tulips and to the Martha Stewart butterfly, as well.
Thanks for stopping.

Beautiful card! I love the color palette you used! Did you get to see any of the race? Pretty good crash - lots of excitement, but I think everyone is fine. 15 cars involved! Waltrip spun out and caused it. Thanks for sharing!

I too have a dog. I adopted a dog that is blind. A black lab. He was a model and they gave him up when he suddenly became blind. He is just a love!!!
My man was watching the race and I was coloring, too.
I am glad you saved the image. It looks great.
Hugs and smiles
